Cargo is considered overweight when its weight-to-volume ratio (KG/CBM) is high relative to its size — meaning it's dense cargo that takes up little space but weighs a lot.

Formula:
KG/CBM = Total Weight (kg) ÷ Total CBM

Example:
450 kg ÷ 0.60 CBM = 750 KG/CBM. Since 750 is greater than the 500 KG/CBM threshold, this shipment is considered overweight.

What happens if it's overweight:

• Freight cost is charged based on the KG rate instead of the volume rate, at Php 25 per kg.
• The overweight threshold starts at 500 KG/CBM and above.
• Overweight computations apply to all commodities and are based on a cubic meter reference of 0.16 CBM.
• Always calculate your KG/CBM ahead of time so there are no surprises on your freight bill.

Philippine customs law prohibits or restricts certain goods regardless of country of origin. Items you should not attempt to import include:

• Explosives, firearms, ammunition, and other weapons or parts thereof
• Illegal drugs, narcotics, and related paraphernalia
• Gambling machines, equipment, and paraphernalia (e.g., roulette wheels, jackpot/pinball machines)
• Obscene or immoral materials (printed, filmed, or otherwise)
• Counterfeit goods and counterfeit currency
• Used clothing ("ukay-ukay") — restricted under Republic Act No. 4653
• Endangered or protected wildlife and their parts/derivatives
• Toxic, hazardous, or radioactive waste and substances

In addition, certain product categories are regulated rather than banned outright — meaning they can be imported, but only with the right permits from the relevant government agency. These include food and agricultural products (FDA, Bureau of Plant Industry, Bureau of Animal Industry), pharmaceuticals and chemicals (FDA), electronics and appliances (Bureau of Philippine Standards), and used vehicles.

Yes. Shipments of 2 CBM or more qualify for free delivery within a 20km radius of our Malabon warehouse.

For shipments below 2 CBM, or delivery addresses beyond the 20km radius, standard delivery fees apply — message our team for a quote based on your location.

Maximum size limits depend on whether your shipment goes by air or sea freight from China:

Air Freight (weight limit: not more than 100 kg per unit)

Shipments exceeding these sizes or weights are subject to warehouse approval — please coordinate with our Key Accounts Officer beforehand.

Yes. Our Full Container Load service is available with Full Facilitation (EXW/FOB terms), for China-to-Philippines shipments only:

• 20ft container: starts at Php 350,000 – 400,000
• 40ft container: starts at Php 400,000 – 450,000

What's included:

• Supplier pick-up in China — direct cargo collection from your supplier
• China export customs clearance — complete documentation and supplier coordination
• Philippine import customs clearance — duties, taxes, permits, and compliance handled
• Door-to-door delivery — direct delivery to your designated address (subject to access)

To ensure an accurate and competitive quotation, we require a complete packing list from your supplier. Your FCL quotation will be provided within two (2) weeks, subject to receipt of complete and accurate shipment details.

Yes, we accept credit card payments. Please note that a 3% additional fee will be charged on top of the total billed amount to cover the applicable payment/bank charges.

If you wish to pay via credit card, please inform us in advance so we can arrange the payment accordingly.

Credit card payments may take some time to reflect in our system. We will notify you as soon as your payment has been successfully reflected and verified.
